This page sets out the key terms that apply to individuals who respond to the casting call for the Team LH Shoot, together with information about how personal information is handled in connection with that casting process and related production activities.
Part 1: Casting Call Terms / Participation Notice
1. About this Notice
1.1. This notice sets out the key participation terms that apply to individuals who respond to our casting call for the Team LH Shoot, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at a venue in London, UK, with the precise location to be confirmed before the Shoot. The Shoot is organised and hosted by Plus 44 World Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16564730, whose registered office is at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4BE (the “Organiser”). These terms set out the key rules and participation requirements relating to the casting process and the Shoot.
1.2. Questions about the casting process may be submitted via direct message (DM) on the Organiser’s Instagram page @plus44world.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2. By submitting an expression of interest, an individual confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. How to Apply
3.1. Individuals must express interest by responding to the relevant social media post or story on the Organiser’s Instagram page @plus44world via DM, by Friday 5 June 2026.
3.2. Applicants may be asked to share stories about their connection, support of or interest in Lewis Hamilton.
3.3. Applicants may also choose to send supplemental materials, such as photographs or videos, but are not required to do so.
3.4. Submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee selection.
3.5. Selection decisions are made at the Organiser’s discretion.
3.6. Only selected applicants will be contacted for the Shoot.
4. Participation Arrangements
4.1. Participation in the Shoot is voluntary and unpaid.
4.2. Selected participants will receive complimentary gift bags containing items from previous collections, together with certain products worn during filming, in connection with their participation in the Shoot.
4.3. No travel, accommodation or other costs or expenses incurred in connection with participation will be reimbursed by the Organiser.
4.4. Participation in the Shoot does not create any employment, worker, agency or partnership relationship between any participant and the Organiser.
5. Conduct and Production Requirements
5.1. Selected participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by the production team and the Organiser’s representatives.
5.2. Participants are expected to arrive on time, behave respectfully towards staff and other participants, and take reasonable care for their own belongings and personal safety.
5.3. Participants must not engage in unlawful, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.
5.4. The Organiser may refuse participation or require any individual to leave the Shoot location at any time where reasonably considered necessary for safety, welfare, operational, reputational or conduct reasons.
6. Content Use and Embargo
6.1. The Shoot is being produced for use across social media channels and on websites connected with the Plus 44 brand, campaigns and/or collections, including plus44.world.
6.2. There will be a strict embargo on any content captured during the Shoot until the collection launch date of 1 July 2026.
6.3. Participants must not post, share, publish, livestream or otherwise disclose any behind-the-scenes information, images, video, audio, styling, products, location details or other shoot-related content before the embargo is lifted.
6.4. Selected participants will be required to sign additional confidentiality and image release documentation before full Shoot details, including the location of the Shoot, are provided.
6.5. Any supplemental materials voluntarily submitted as part of the casting process will be reviewed for casting purposes only and will not be reposted or otherwise used unless the individual is selected and signs the relevant release documentation.
6.6. Participants may be required to comply with reasonable confidentiality and device restrictions during the Shoot for security and embargo purposes.
7. Risks and Responsibility
7.1. By choosing to participate, participants acknowledge that participation in the Shoot may involve ordinary inherent risks associated with a live production environment, including moving around filming areas, use of lighting or production equipment, crowding, waiting periods and travel to and from the Shoot location.
7.2. Participants are expected to act with reasonable care and to notify the production team promptly of any immediate health, safety or accessibility concerns relevant to participation.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information submitted or reviewed during the casting process will be handled in accordance with the separate Casting Privacy Notice set out below.
9. Changes to the Casting Process and Shoot
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, reschedule or cancel the casting process or the Shoot where reasonably necessary. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any costs, losses or expenses incurred by any applicant or participant arising from such amendment, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation.
Part 2: Casting Privacy Notice
1. About this Notice
1.1. This notice explains how personal information is handled in connection with the casting process for the Team LH Shoot, filming and related production activities (the “Shoot”).
2. Controller
2.1. Plus 44 World Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16564730, whose registered office is at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4BE (the “Organiser”), is the controller of the personal information collected and reviewed for the casting process.
3. Information That May Be Collected or Reviewed
3.1. Depending on what an applicant chooses to send or make available, the Organiser may collect, access, review or otherwise process their:
- 3.1.1. name, username or social media handle;
- 3.1.2. contact details and message contents;
- 3.1.3. public profile information;
- 3.1.4. photographs, videos and other supplemental materials voluntarily submitted;
- 3.1.5. information about an applicant’s interest in, or support for, Lewis Hamilton;
- 3.1.6. any further information reasonably required to assess suitability for the Shoot or to administer participation; and
- 3.1.7. information that is publicly available on social media profiles or accounts provided in connection with the application.
4. How the Information Is Used
4.1. Personal information is used to:
- 4.1.1. receive and review expressions of interest;
- 4.1.2. assess suitability for the casting opportunity;
- 4.1.3. contact selected applicants;
- 4.1.4. organise and administer the Shoot;
- 4.1.5. protect the safety, security and integrity of the Shoot and related production process; and
- 4.1.6. maintain appropriate records relating to the casting process.
5. Lawful Basis
5.1. Personal information is processed where necessary for the Organiser’s legitimate interests in administering the casting process, communicating with applicants, selecting suitable participants, protecting the integrity and security of the Shoot, and maintaining appropriate internal records.
5.2. Where selected participants sign additional agreements or release documentation relating to the Shoot, additional lawful bases for processing may also apply depending on the circumstances.
6. Who May Access the Information
6.1. Personal information will only be accessed by those who need it for the casting and production process, which may include members of the legal, communications, production, brand and events teams, and selected service providers supporting the casting or Shoot.
7. How Long the Information Is Kept
7.1. Personal information and any supplemental materials will be retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the casting process, related production administration and legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
8. Social Media Submissions
8.1. Where information is submitted via Instagram direct message or similar social media tools, some content may remain within those systems unless deleted by the sender, the platform or the Organiser, subject to operational requirements and platform functionality.
8.2. Instagram and other social media platforms operate independently from the Organiser and may process personal information outside the UK in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
9. Whether Providing Information Is Mandatory
9.1. Providing supplemental photos, videos or other materials is voluntary. However, if insufficient information is provided, it may not be possible to assess an application.
9.2. The casting process is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or over. By submitting an application, applicants confirm that they are aged 18 years or over.
10. Use of Supplemental Materials
10.1. Supplemental materials submitted during casting will only be reviewed for casting purposes and will not be reposted, published or otherwise used in public-facing materials unless the applicant is selected and signs the relevant release documentation.
11. Rights
11.1. Individuals may have rights under applicable data protection law, including rights to request access to personal information, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of processing, objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability.
11.2. Individuals may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
